Vanilla Ribbons – Vanilla is swirled through this classic sponge before being layered with locally sourced jam and a choice of vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream or English buttercream.
Chocolate Sensation – Deep and rich chocolate truffle sponge with a dark chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate Orange Delight – A very grown up version of the much loved Jaffa cake – zingy orange infused sponge with layers of orange curd and dark chocolate ganache.
Rich, boozy fruit cake – Bursting with sultanas, raisins and cherries we mature our cake for a minimum of 3 months during which time we ‘feed’ it with cherry brandy producing an absolutely delicious moist fruit cake.
Champers – Vanilla sponge delicately infused with some ‘bubbles’ and filled with a strawberry and champagne jam filling.
White Choc Surprise – Madagascan vanilla sponge cake filled with a fluffy white chocolate peanut butter filling.
Choco Caramel – Rich, moist chocolate sponge filled with our homemade signature salted caramel filling and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Divine Baileys – A beautifully decadent chocolate cake infused with Bailey’s Irish Cream and enveloped in a Bailey’s chocolate truffle Swiss meringue buttercream.
